Terms of Service
Version 2.2 · Effective August 2, 2026 · Last updated August 21, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Jitpan LLC d/b/a Mint Coupe, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Mint Coupe," "we," "us," "our").
They govern your use of the Mint Coupe website, mobile experience, and related services (together, the "Platform"), and your booking of vehicle detailing services through it.
By creating an account, requesting a booking, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Contact: Jitpan LLC d/b/a Mint Coupe, 327 W Tremont Ave, Apt 126, Charlotte, NC 28203 · contact@mintcoupe.com

3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must be the owner of the vehicle you book for, or have the owner's permission.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated, particularly your phone number, Service Address, vehicle details, and payment method. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at contact@mintcoupe.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel Bookings at our discretion, including for inaccurate information, non-payment, or conduct described in Section 20.
4. What Mint Coupe is, and what it is not
Mint Coupe is a marketplace, not a detailing company. We operate the technology that connects you with independent Detailers. We do not perform detailing services, and no Mint Coupe employee will service your vehicle.
To be clear about what we do control, because we would rather state it plainly than imply otherwise:
- We set Package prices and definitions so that pricing is consistent and predictable across the Platform.
- We set eligibility and quality standards for Detailers, including screening, required equipment, and minimum ratings.
- We operate the scheduling system that presents your Booking to Detailers.
What we do not control: Detailers are independent contractors. They choose whether to accept any given job, set their own working hours and availability, supply their own equipment, products, and vehicles, and determine the manner and method of performing the work. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions except as expressly stated in these Terms.
The service contract for the detailing work itself is between you and your Detailer. Mint Coupe facilitates booking, payment, communication, and problem resolution; we do not guarantee any particular outcome of the work. Where these Terms describe us investigating a claim or issuing a refund, we are facilitating a resolution, not guaranteeing one.
5. Service Area, hours, and availability
We currently serve Charlotte, North Carolina, within these ZIP codes:
28202, 28203, 28204, 28205, 28206, 28207, 28208, 28209, 28210, 28211, 28212, 28213, 28214, 28215, 28216, 28217, 28226, 28227
Appointments start between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time. All times shown on the Platform are Eastern Time.
Availability depends on Detailer capacity and is not guaranteed. Requesting a Booking does not reserve a slot until a Detailer accepts it (Section 6).
6. Booking, pricing, and payment
6.1 How a Booking works
- You select a Package, vehicle size, date, time, Service Address, and any Add-Ons.
- You submit a Booking request. At this point we place a hold on your payment method for the full amount. You are not charged.
- Your request goes to available Detailers. For same-day requests, a Detailer has two hours to respond.
- If a Detailer accepts, the hold is captured, your card is charged, and your Booking is confirmed.
- If the request is declined or expires, the hold is released and you are charged nothing. Depending on your bank, a released hold can take several business days to disappear from your statement. That timing is controlled by your bank, not by us.
6.2 Prices
Prices depend on the Package and your vehicle size class (Sedan, Mid SUV, or Large). Current prices are shown on the Platform before you commit. The price shown at checkout is the price we charge, plus applicable sales tax and any Add-Ons.
We may change prices at any time. Changes never affect a Booking already confirmed: a confirmed Booking is charged at the price you saw.
We may correct pricing errors, including after a request is submitted. If a correction materially increases your price, we will tell you and you may cancel without penalty.
6.3 Add-Ons
Add-Ons are optional flat-price extras layered on top of a Package. Current Add-Ons include pet hair removal, child seat cleaning, heavy soil treatment, and odor treatment. Prices are shown at checkout.
6.4 Payment authorization
You authorize us to charge your payment method for the Booking total, applicable sales tax, approved vehicle-class upcharges (Section 12), any tip you choose to add (Section 10), and any amount you owe under these Terms.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers.
Charges will appear on your statement as MINT COUPE.
7. Sales tax
Vehicle detailing is a taxable service in North Carolina. We add sales tax at the applicable rate for the Service Address, currently 7.25% in Charlotte/Mecklenburg County (4.75% state plus 2.5% local), on top of the Package and Add-On price.
Tax is calculated by us, shown at checkout, collected from you, and remitted to the state. It is not revenue to Mint Coupe or to your Detailer. Rates change; the rate applied is the one in effect for your Service Address when you book.
8. Credits, gift certificates, promotions, and referrals
8.1 Credits
Credits apply automatically at checkout and reduce what you pay. Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold except as part of a gift certificate we issue. Credit is applied after tax is calculated; tax is still owed on the underlying service.
8.2 Gift certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased between $25 and $5,000. They are charged immediately at purchase and are not taxed at purchase; sales tax is collected when the certificate is redeemed against a service.
Gift certificate value does not expire and we charge no dormancy or service fees. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash except where state law requires it. Lost or stolen codes may not be replaceable. Treat a gift code like cash.
8.3 Referrals
When someone signs up through your referral link and completes their first Booking, you and they each receive a $20 credit. Referral credits expire 12 months after they are granted.
You may not refer yourself, create additional accounts to generate credits, or otherwise manipulate the program. A single account may earn referrer credit for a limited number of referrals; past that limit, a new referee still receives their own welcome credit but you earn nothing further. We may void credits obtained through abuse and close the accounts involved.
8.4 Promotional codes
Promotional codes are subject to their own stated terms, may be limited in quantity or time, may not be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn or voided if we believe they are being misused.
9. Your responsibilities
Before your appointment, you agree to:
- Book the right Package and vehicle size. If you are unsure, contact us before your appointment. Detailers may flag a vehicle that is a larger size class than booked (Section 12). Booking a tier below what your vehicle needs is covered by Section 16.1.
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle. See Section 16.2. We are not responsible for items left inside.
- Provide a safe, legal, accessible place to work with enough room to move around the vehicle.
- Provide access to water and electricity where your booked service requires it, or tell us in advance if you cannot.
- Have the right to permit the service at the location. If you are booking at an apartment complex, office, or other property you do not own, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required from the property owner, manager, or HOA. You are responsible for any fine, tow, or penalty resulting from a service performed without permission.
- Disclose known problems: pre-existing damage, paint defects, prior bodywork, failed seals, aftermarket coatings, allergies or product sensitivities, or anything else that affects how the vehicle should be handled.
- Be reachable during the appointment window at the phone number on your account.
10. Tips
You may add a tip after your service is completed, within 14 days. Tips are voluntary and never required. 100% of every tip goes to your Detailer. Mint Coupe takes no commission on tips and no sales tax is charged on them.
11. Photographs and job records
Your Detailer will photograph your vehicle before and after the service, at least four photographs at each stage. This protects both of you: it documents the vehicle's condition and is the primary evidence if a problem is later reported.
You agree to this photography as a condition of service. By booking, you acknowledge:
- Photographs may capture the immediate surroundings of your vehicle, including parts of your driveway or property.
- Photographs may carry device location data confirming where the service occurred.
- Photographs are stored privately and are visible to you, your Detailer, and authorized Mint Coupe staff. Before-photos become visible to you once the job starts; after-photos once it is completed.
- We may use photographs to investigate and resolve disputes and damage claims, to respond to payment chargebacks, to enforce these Terms, and as required by law.
- We will not use photographs of your vehicle for marketing or public display without your separate, express permission.
Photographs are retained per our Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to this photography, do not book. It is a required part of every service.
12. Vehicle classification and upcharges
Prices depend on vehicle size class. If your Detailer determines on arrival that your vehicle is a larger class than booked, they may flag it and you will be asked to approve the price difference.
- If you approve, the difference is charged and the service proceeds.
- If you decline, the Booking is cancelled, and we retain a $25 trip fee. The remainder of the captured price is refunded to you.
The trip fee exists because the Detailer traveled to you and reserved the time. Every flag is recorded.
13. Access, no-access, and unsuitable sites
13.1 If we cannot reach you or the vehicle
If your Detailer arrives and cannot reach you or access the vehicle, they will flag it and we will text you. You have 15 minutes to respond or arrive. If the window passes unresolved, the Booking is cancelled, we retain a $25 trip fee, and the remainder is refunded.
13.2 If the site itself is unusable
If the Service Address cannot support the work (no water or power where required, no safe or usable space, or unsafe conditions), your Detailer may cancel on site. This is treated as no-fault: you receive a full refund and your Detailer is not penalized. It is a different situation from Section 13.1, and we distinguish the two deliberately.
To avoid this, tell us in advance about anything unusual about the location.
14. Cancellation and rescheduling
14.1 If you cancel
- Cancel 24 hours or more before your start time: full refund.
- Cancel less than 24 hours before start: 50% refund; the remaining 50% is retained for the reserved appointment time.
- Cancel less than 2 hours before start, or once your detailer is on the way: no refund.
Refund amounts are calculated by us from your scheduled start time. Refunds return to your original payment method; your bank controls how quickly they post.
14.2 If you reschedule
- Reschedule 24 hours or more before your start time: free, when your detailer is available.
- Within 24 hours of your start time, changes fall under the cancellation policy. Cancel or keep your booking.
- Weather changes are always penalty-free. Reschedule to a new time, or take a full refund.
If your Detailer cannot accommodate a requested new time, we will offer a full refund and you may re-book.
14.3 Weather
Weather changes are always penalty-free. If weather makes the service unsafe or impractical, you or your Detailer may reschedule at no cost, or you may take a full refund.
14.4 If your Detailer cancels or does not show
If your Detailer cancels a confirmed Booking or fails to arrive, you receive a full refund and we will help you re-book. A Detailer who does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start with no cancellation is recorded as a no-show. We track these events and suspend Detailers who accumulate them.
15. What the service includes, and what it does not
Each Package has a published checklist. Anything not on the checklist for the Package you booked is not included. Higher tiers add work that lower tiers exclude; the Platform shows what each tier does not cover before you book.
We do not offer ceramic coating or any durability-guaranteed paint protection, and no Detailer is authorized to offer it through the Platform. If a Detailer offers you such a service, it is outside the Platform and outside these Terms (see Section 20).
Services are cosmetic. Detailers do not perform mechanical, electrical, body, glass, or paint repair, and are not qualified to diagnose vehicle problems.
16. Service outcomes and known limitations
Detailing works on the vehicle you have. Results vary with age, condition, prior care, prior repairs, and materials. This section describes limits that apply to every Booking. It does not limit your rights under Sections 18 and 24 where a Detailer actually causes damage.
16.1 Results
- Outcomes are not guaranteed to a specific standard. We do not promise that every stain, scratch, swirl, odor, or blemish can be removed.
- Booking the wrong tier is not a defect. If a vehicle needs more than the Package you chose covers, the result will reflect the Package you chose. Contact us beforehand if you are unsure.
- Odors: smoke, pet, mildew, spill, and fuel odors frequently cannot be fully removed by cleaning. The odor treatment Add-On improves the odds; it does not guarantee a result.
- Pet hair embedded in fabric may not be fully removable. The pet hair Add-On is additional labor, not a guarantee.
- Time estimates are estimates. Finishing faster than estimated is not grounds for a refund; finishing slower is not a defect.
16.2 Personal property
Remove everything from your vehicle before the appointment. Mint Coupe and your Detailer are not responsible for personal items left in or around the vehicle, including loss, damage, or misplacement. This includes items in the trunk, glovebox, consoles, door pockets, and cargo areas.
16.3 Pre-existing conditions
Detailing frequently reveals damage that dirt was concealing, and can worsen conditions that were already failing. We are not responsible for:
- Existing scratches, chips, scuffs, oxidation, fading, or clear-coat failure
- Paint or coating damage caused by weakened, thin, previously repaired, or aftermarket paint layers
- Torn, worn, brittle, or degraded upholstery, trim, seals, or fixtures that fail under normal cleaning
- Cracked or chipped glass and mirrors, including pre-existing damage that spreads
- Loose or failing badges, moldings, weatherstripping, or wraps
- Mechanical or electrical faults, including sensors, cameras, and infotainment
Report known pre-existing damage before your appointment. The before-photos in Section 11 are the record of the vehicle's condition on arrival, and they are what a claim is assessed against.
16.4 Water and moisture
Reasonable care is taken to prevent water intrusion. We are not responsible for water entering the vehicle through failed or aged door and window seals, sunroofs, convertible tops, damaged trim, or windows or panels that were not fully closed, or for electrical or upholstery damage resulting from such intrusion.
16.5 Your utilities
Where your service requires water or electricity, your Detailer may use yours. Equipment draws power comparable to ordinary household appliances and Detailers are instructed not to overload circuits. We are not responsible for tripped breakers, blown fuses, or changes in water pressure, unless the damage was caused by the Detailer's negligence or improper use.
16.6 Products, allergies, and overspray
- Tell us in advance about allergies or sensitivities. We are not responsible for reactions to standard cleaning products where you did not disclose a known sensitivity.
- Reasonable care is taken to contain products. In the rare event of overspray or residue on adjacent surfaces, we will assess and attempt correction as a courtesy.
17. Communications
17.1 Text messages
We send transactional texts about your account and Bookings (confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and problem alerts) only if you opt in by checking the optional consent box shown where you enter your number. Texting is not a condition of purchase: leave the box unchecked and the same updates arrive by email instead. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
We do not send marketing by text. Occasional offers and tips are a separate, off-by-default email preference: you must affirmatively opt in, and you may turn it off at any time in your notification preferences.
Opting out of transactional messages may prevent us from delivering time-sensitive information about your Booking.
17.2 Masked calls and texts
Once a Booking is confirmed, you and your Detailer can call and text each other through a Mint Coupe number that hides both real phone numbers. This connection is available while the job is live and is closed once the Booking reaches a final state.
Messages sent through this channel pass through our systems and may be retained and reviewed for safety, support, and dispute resolution. Do not use it to arrange work outside the Platform (Section 20).
17.3 Electronic communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic agreements, notices, and records satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
18. Reporting a problem
Two separate paths, with different rules. Use either, or both, as fits what happened.
18.1 Service quality
If you are unhappy with the work, report it through the Platform within 7 days of completion. We will review it, may ask for photographs, and may involve your Detailer. Depending on what we find, resolutions can include a re-service, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Reports after 7 days can still be raised with support, but they are handled manually and we may be unable to act: the vehicle's condition changes with use and weather, and the Detailer may already have been paid.
18.2 Damage to your vehicle or property
If you believe your Detailer damaged your vehicle or property, file a damage claim through the Platform. There is no deadline on filing a damage claim, and filing one immediately freezes payment to the Detailer while we investigate.
Report damage as soon as you discover it. The longer the gap between the service and the report, the harder it becomes to establish what happened: intervening use, weather, parking, and other events all make a claim harder to assess. Early reports with clear photographs are resolved fastest and most favorably.
Your claim should include what was damaged, when you noticed it, and photographs. We will review it against the before-and-after photographs from Section 11 and any other evidence.
What we do and do not promise. We will investigate in good faith and work toward a fair resolution, which may include repair arrangement, a partial refund, or a full refund. We facilitate resolution between you and your Detailer; we do not guarantee any particular outcome, and nothing here makes Mint Coupe the insurer of your vehicle. Where a Detailer carries insurance covering the loss, we will help you engage it.
18.3 Do not start with a chargeback
If you dispute a charge with your bank, tell us too. A chargeback freezes payment and limits the resolutions available to you. Most problems are resolved faster and more completely through Sections 18.1 and 18.2. We may suspend accounts with chargebacks filed in bad faith, and we may present evidence, including your Booking record and photographs, in response.
19. Reviews and content you submit
You may rate and review a Detailer within 14 days of completion. Reviews must reflect a genuine, firsthand experience and must not contain false statements, personal information about others, threats, harassment, or discriminatory or obscene language. Do not review a competitor's Detailer, review your own account, or organize others to post reviews.
We may remove reviews that violate these rules and may decline to remove reviews that do not. Reviews are the reviewer's opinion, not ours.
For photographs, reviews, and other content you submit, you keep ownership. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content for the purpose of operating, supporting, and improving the Platform, including showing reviews publicly and using submissions to resolve disputes. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups, in dispute records, or as required by law, and except for reviews already displayed publicly.
We will not use content you submit for advertising or public marketing without your separate, express permission.
20. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Arrange or pay for services outside the Platform with a Detailer you met through it, or solicit a Detailer to do so. This is the most consequential rule here: off-Platform work carries no photographic record, no payment protection, no dispute process, and no claim path. If you go around the Platform, you are on your own.
- Use the Platform for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against a Detailer, a staff member, or another user.
- Provide false information, impersonate anyone, or create accounts to evade a suspension or to farm credits or promotions.
- Manipulate reviews or ratings, including by incentivizing or pressuring anyone.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform, or use bots or automated access.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or attempt to bypass the security of the Platform.
- Use the Platform to build or support a competing service.
- Ask a Detailer to perform work outside the booked Package, outside their equipment or skill, or that is unsafe.
Violations may result in cancelled Bookings, voided credits, suspension, or permanent removal, and we may report unlawful conduct to authorities.
21. Intellectual property
The Platform, and all software, design, text, graphics, and the Mint Coupe name and logo, are owned by Jitpan LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it, or remove proprietary notices. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
22. Privacy
Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices, and is incorporated into these Terms. It covers the vehicle photographs and location data described in Section 11.
The Platform is operated in the United States and data is processed there.
23. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
We do not warrant the work performed by Detailers. We screen Detailers and set standards, but we do not supervise the work, and we make no warranty as to the quality, timing, or results of any service. Any warranty on the detailing work itself, if any, is between you and your Detailer.
Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
24. Limitation of liability
Read this section carefully. It limits what you can recover from us.
24.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mint Coupe and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of use, or diminution in value, arising from or relating to the Platform or any service booked through it, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
24.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Platform or any service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Mint Coupe in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) five hundred dollars ($500).
24.3 What this cap does not touch. Nothing in this Section limits:
- Liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Your right to pursue a Detailer directly for damage they cause, or to claim against a Detailer's insurance; or
- Refunds and resolutions we provide under Sections 13, 14, and 18.
24.4 Because Detailers are independent contractors (Section 4), your primary recourse for damage caused during a service is against the Detailer and any applicable insurance. Section 18.2 describes how we help you pursue it.
24.5 These limitations are a fundamental basis of the bargain between us and apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
25. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mint Coupe and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party right; your failure to obtain permission required for a service at a location you do not own; content you submit; or your interactions with any Detailer.
We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate.
26. Dispute resolution: arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this Section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
26.1 Talk to us first
Before starting arbitration, contact us at contact@mintcoupe.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you want. We will try to resolve it informally for 30 days. Many disputes are resolved here.
26.2 Binding arbitration
If we cannot resolve it informally, you and Mint Coupe agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.
You are giving up the right to sue in court and to have a jury trial. The arbitration will take place in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, or by phone, video, or document submission at your election. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, and must follow these Terms.
26.3 Class action waiver
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You and Mint Coupe waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire Section 26 is void and disputes proceed in the courts identified in Section 27.
26.4 What is excluded
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or to address unauthorized access or misuse of the Platform.
26.5 Your right to opt out
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement. Send written notice to contact@mintcoupe.com or 327 W Tremont Ave, Apt 126, Charlotte, NC 28203 within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the email on your account, and that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, and it will not affect your account or your ability to use the Platform.
27. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you and Mint Coupe consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and waive any objection to venue there.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the version number and the "last updated" date.
For material changes (anything that meaningfully affects your rights, our obligations, pricing, refunds, or dispute resolution), we will give you advance notice by email or in the Platform, and you will be asked to accept the new version before your next Booking.
Your existing Bookings stay under the version you accepted. Each Booking records the Terms version in effect when you made it, and the cancellation and refund rules applied to that Booking are the ones you agreed to. We do not apply new terms retroactively to a Booking already placed.
Non-material changes (corrections, clarifications, contact updates) take effect when posted.
29. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting contact@mintcoupe.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, conduct under Section 20, non-payment, chargeback abuse, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, Detailers, or the Platform.
On termination: confirmed Bookings are handled under Section 14; unused promotional credits are forfeited; purchased gift certificate value is not forfeited; and Sections 21 through 27 and Section 30 survive termination.
30. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any terms presented at the point of a specific feature are the entire agreement between you and Mint Coupe on this subject.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest remains in effect, except as stated in Section 26.3.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, utility or network failure, labor disruption, or government action.
No third-party beneficiaries, except that Detailers may enforce Sections 4, 16, and 20 as they apply to them.
Relationship. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Mint Coupe.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
